E-Commerce & Website Content Manager

 

Key responsabilities include:

  • Managing product listings (bikes, parts, clothing)

  • Overseeing website layout and user experience

  • Running promotions and advertisements

  • Handling SEO-related tasks (meta titles, tags, and keyword optimization)

  • Monitoring performance and making content-driven improvements.

The ideal candidtae would display the following qualities:

  • Previous experience in e-commerce, website content management or a similar digital marketing role

  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, Google Search Console, and basic analytics tools

  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for design and usability

  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Parts Advisor 

We are looking for a motivated and driven individual that has a passion for motorcycles to join our team.

Parts advisors will be responsible for handling customer parts enquiries through various contact methods (ex. telephone, online, mail order sales etc).
They will also be required to compile and produce parts orders as well as effectively manage stock. 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with identifying and ordering parts and accessories from various bike manufactures. 
They should have a proven history of working to deadlines and meeting targets as well as using logistical software such as Dealer Management Systems.

Training provided through Suzuki parts program.

Full time & Part time positions available. 

Training Reception & Bookings Administrator

Our Training Reception & Bookings Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our training department.

As the first point of contact for customers, they handle enquiries via phone, email, and in-store, providing excellent customer service and support. They are responsible for managing training schedules, booking customers onto courses, coordinating reschedules and cancellations, and securing DVSA test slots.

With strong administrative skills, they maintain accurate records and use Microsoft Office and other systems to streamline operations. The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and works well within a team.

Previous experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is desirable but not essential.

Part-time/full-time position.
